Initiate Your Return
Log into your MyVet account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
