You are purchasing a refrigerated item at your own risk. This item needs to be refrigerated. Our team will do our best to ensure this product is kept chilled during delivery, however once it has left us, the environment it is kept in is out of our control.

We recommend that you DO NOT use a Rural address for delivery. MyVet cannot accept any liability for chilled products shipped to a Rural address.
